The statement regarding personal data is part of the conditions governing the recruitment process and the establishment of cooperation relationships.
What data do we process?
Personal data that we process about you: name and surname, voluntarily added photo, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, your professional experience and other data that will be attached to the documents provided, domain names of the computers you use to connect to our website.
For what purpose do we process data?
We process data on the basis of your voluntary consent for the purposes of providing mutual performance in business transactions and compliance with the legal requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
How long do we process your data?
We will process personal data for up to one year only as part of the recruitment process. The data will not be subject to automatic decision-making procedures or broadly understood profiling, including transfer to third parties.
Banach Outsourcing has strict security procedures in place to ensure that personal data is not processed unlawfully. The data carriers on which the information is stored are located in a safe place and physical access to them is restricted. To limit electronic access, we use secure firewalls and other security measures. No information we collect or record is shared with those not involved in the recruitment process. You can update the personal data you have provided to us at any time by contacting us directly.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access the data, receive a copy of it, request its deletion or rectification.
You can send your requests to us at: info@banachoutsourcing.pl. We undertake to respond to your request within one month, but if it is too complex or we receive too many other requests, we will inform you that this period may be extended by another two months.
Access to personal data:
You have the right to access your data, to receive information about the reasons for data processing, to request deletion or rectification of data on request. You can send your requests to us at: info@banachoutsourcing.pl. Your application may be verified by us with an additional security procedure. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of data, withdraw your consent to the processing of data and lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of data is unlawful.
